2015 Memorial Marathon Forecast

Hello everyone!

Well, you can't use the weather as an excuse for race times this year...it is going to be beautiful for the OKC Memorial Marathon!

6AM: 57 degrees, ENE 10 mph, mostly clear

8AM: 58 degrees, ENE 10 mph, mostly clear

10AM: 66 degrees, E 10 mph, partly cloudy

12PM: 72 degrees, E 10-15 mph, partly cloudy

For the second time, I have the honor of singing the National Anthem. You can hear it live on KFOR at 6:16am. You can also watch our live coverage of the Memorial Marathon at www.kfor.com/live!  I will be racing the half marathon.  I procrastinated a bit with my training but managed to get in 11 mile and 12 mile runs in the past few weeks. I know I will be able to get through it but I didn't put in the work for a PR, so I'm not expecting one. I will just try my best. The race crowds and energy really can create some magic!
